Kay does not take responsibility for life decisions; clients are responsible for the exercise of their own free will.

All sessions must be booked with the consent of the person receiving the service. For product purchases, gifts are permitted, but service bookings should directly involve the individual intending to receive the session.

All sessions must be booked in advance via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp. Payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made.

- Session Rates: Rates are charged on a per-hour basis unless stated otherwise. Please refer to our fees page for up-to-date pricing information.

We understand that circumstances can change. However, to respect Kay’s time and that of other clients, we ask for at least 36 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee.

- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

- Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.

To ensure the best possible experience:

- Please be on time. Late arrivals will result in a shorter session without a refund or price adjustment.

- Create a calm, private space where you can remain undisturbed for the duration of the session.

- Provide any required pre-session information (e.g., photos, full names, birth dates) 10-30 minutes before your session.

All personal information shared with The Sakred is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services. We respect your privacy and will never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

The Sakred offers customized spiritual tools such as bracelets, essential oils, crystal grids, and more upon request. These items are crafted with intention and care, but results are not guaranteed. All products are sold as-is. We do not offer returns or refunds on custom items unless there is a defect or issue upon receipt.
